The objectives of NASCOG shall be:
- To improve the clinical practice in Obstetrics and Gynecology;
- To provide a forum for knowledge exchange in medical science and education;
- To enhance continuous medical education for physicians and patient care;
- To promote the professional and socioeconomic interest of its member;
- To become an advocator of broad ranges of physician rights protection;
- To sponsor and/or participate in non-profit community service;
It is organized exclusively for charitable, scientific, and educational purposes as defined under section 501 (C) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1954 (or the corresponding provision of any future United States Internal Revenue Law).

Founded in 2018, NASCOG is the premier professional organization for Chinese obstetrician-gynecologists in North America. The Society is trying to bring global Chinese obstetricians and gynecologists together for highest standards of practice especially in Chinese community, up-to-date medical education, cutting-edge research, and fostering next generation of obstetricians and gynecologists.
